Born in México and immigrated to California at the age of 6. She graduated from UC Berkeley in May with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Education. She dedicated the last four years to her studies and developed a working knowledge that has pushed her to amplify the experiences of BIPOC and the importance of mental health. 

In late 2019 she began her journey as a college and career advisor for high school students and wants to continue supporting low-income and youth BIPOC. Her goal is to help increase the number of folks in occupations, companies, and institutions. Ultimately, she hopes contribute to the larger movement of dismantling systemic structures that have historically oppressed non-white folks and believes this can continue by increasing representation and advocacy.
