Ellie grew up in South Florida and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership and Public Policy from the University of Virginia in 2018. Through her coursework and internship on Capitol Hill, she developed a working knowledge of the gender and racial barriers to success that many face in the political and corporate world. 

 

Ellie now works for Cloudflare, a web performance and security company to create sustainable programs that increase and foster the diversity, equity, and inclusion of their early talent. She hosts a virtual summer-long series called “Mentorflare” where she interviews Cloudflare’s top executives in order to broadcast mentorship principles to students anywhere in the world.

 

Ellie is beyond excited to be a part of the e2c team, a place where she hopes to continue learning, listening, and growing as well as becoming a better ally to marginalized communities.
